Engineering Plastic Linear Bearing
Plastic Linear Bearings are manufactured from high performance polymers. They run without lubrication and require no maintenance. They consist of a polymer liner located in an aluminium housing. Both standard and self-compensating styles are available in closed and split configurations.
It is a type of bearing designed to provide smooth, low-friction movement along a linear path. Made from durable plastics like POM, PTFE, and UHMWPE, these bearings are engineered to outperform traditional metal bearings in many ways.
Features include very low friction, suitability for high speed and acceleration use, high load bearing capacity and self-wiping design. Long term dry operation,no noise suitable for dust long term operation,corrosion resistance and cleaning with disinfectant;Easy installation and replacement.
